a month agoStayed for 1 night. A beautiful homestay maintained by Mr. Gopal Pradhan. They are very welcoming and had a nice hospitality. This is one of the oldest homestay at Zuluk. Location is at the end of the road going to the village from the mainroad. Hidden Paradise and Dil maya are next to each other and maintained by their family. Nice views from the room. They have a large parking space. Food is fantastic and served hot, the price includes lunch, dinner, evening snacks and breakfast. Hot water facility available in the room. They also have small fisheries having lot of Trout fish little downhill. Rooms are ok, thermal insulation is not so good and we needed a room heater as was staying with 4 years old child. Room heater charges extra. The road connecting the homestay from main road is not good and no signboard was found on the mainroad, so locating it might take some time.

2 months agoBeautiful place in Zuluk surrounded by mountains and greenery. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Actually Dil maya situated in the nature. The homestay is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for nature lovers. Just note: the road leading to the homestay is off road (300 feet around) buy totally worth it for the calm atmosphere. Food is very tasty and fresh, they served piping hot. We got the homestay from the Facebook page named "Discover Zuluk". Happy to stay there, highly recommend.

a month agoDil Maya Homestay is exactly what you need when visiting the offbeat beauty of Zuluk. The journey from Gangtok itself is breathtaking — and once you reach here, the warmth of the welcome instantly makes you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, but the real highlights are the views and the food. Every meal felt homely, fresh, and genuinely delicious — the kind you actually look forward to after a long day. Overall, this is easily one of the best places to stay in Zuluk. Peaceful, simple, soulful — just book it without a second thought.

a week agoThe rooms are okay but not that great. A one-night stay is manageable, but staying for multiple days can be uncomfortable. The rooms lack the comfort and upkeep expected for a longer stay. However, the service is good. The staff is helpful, kind, and cooperative, which makes the experience better overall.

2 months agoWe visited on 16th November 2025, and our overall experience was very good. The food quality was excellent, and the owners were extremely polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean; however, the bed and blankets had a slight smell, which might be due to the weather conditions. The homestay also has its own parking facilities, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s a wonderful homestay that truly gives a feeling of staying in your own home.
